I used to run a ton of them back when the deck was tribal soldiers, but have since cut down to only my favorites I've also stolen many games with Decree of Justice
Sorcery Sorcery (CTRL to add secondary) Sideboard Jetmir, Nexus of Revels Creatures you control get +1/+0 and have vigilance as long as you control three or more creatures
Reasons: the set is primarily driven by nostalgia for specific iconic cards rather than completeness for its own sake, and reverse holo demand for Evolutions is modest outside the Charizard cards

Raging Bolt ex was not a great strategy during the "Temporal Forces" format, but this deck became a threat when Teal Mask Ogerpon was released, making the strategy able to consistently get more energy on the board while also drawing cards
